4. How long does the fragrance last? The duration of the fragrance varies based on factors such as the type of oil used, diffusion rate, and room size, usually lasting several hours.
5. Is the diffuser suitable for all room sizes? Our flame oil diffuser is versatile and suitable for various room sizes, but larger spaces may require multiple diffusers for even scent distribution.
5. How does it work? Simply add water to the line suggested. You may also add your favorite scented oil as optional. Turn on and relax as the diffuser disperses a fine mist of water and essential oil into the air.
6. Product is not working. Please use the correct adapter (usually 5V2A or 12V, 24V adapter) according to the instructions, please make sure the water is below the water level line, please avoid water entering the vent.
7. Warranty Policy. When you receive the product, please make sure the packaging is intact. Please read the manual and follow the operating instructions before using the product. If you encounter any problems during use, please contact us to explain the problem and provide pictures or videos. We will try to resolve the issue remotely. If the product is still unusable, we can resend or refund it for you.
8. What should I do if I didn't receive confirmation? We suggest checking your email's SPAM/JUNK folder in case you have not received an order confirmation from us. If you do not find it there, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support at support@fierydiffuser.com, and we will promptly resend it for your convenience.
9. When is my order shipping? Kindly anticipate a processing time of 1-3 business days before the shipping of your order. You will promptly receive email notification with tracking details once it has been shipped.
10. How long will it take to receive my order? After your order has been processed and shipped, it will take 10-15 business days for your order to arrive.
